(Oslo, 27 September 2021) DLT ASA (the "Company" or "DLTx") has completed an
investment in Blockchain Moon Acquisition Corp, a company incorporated under the
laws of Delaware. 

As communicated in the Q2 report, DLTx was one of the early investors in a SPAC
focusing on distributed ledger technologies. The Company invested USD 653,350 in
Blockchain Moon Acquisition Corp. through Jupiter Sponsor LLC, a company which
DLTx holds the units of BMAC through. The investment equates to 406,500 shares
at the initial public offering (IPO). In the IPO, shares will be valued at USD
10 each. 167,500 of the shares held by DLTx cannot be sold until six months
after the consummation of the initial business combination or other requirements
are met.

Blockchain Moon Acquisition Corp. (BMAC) is a blank check company formed for the
purpose of effecting a merger, stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock
purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more
businesses. Although there is no restriction or limitation on what industry or
geographic region the target of BMAC operates in, the intention of BMAC is to
pursue prospective targets that are high growth businesses in blockchain
technologies in North America, Europe, and Asia.

BMAC has applied to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol
"BMACU".

In addition, Chairman of DLTx, James Haft has been appointed as one of the
independent board of directors of Blockchain Moon Acquisition Corp. Haft brings
with him 30+ years of experience in emerging markets and blockchain capital
markets, including founding the largest decentralized network of blockchain
meetups globally, CryptoMondays.

The management and board of BMAC will identify and evaluate target businesses
that would benefit from being a public company where the management and board
intends to add value based on their operational and strategic expertise. The
management and board of BMAC have extensive experience in growing and operating
companies as well as a broad network in the industry.
