12 March 2024: Export Finance Norway (Eksfin) (the "Vendor") has today sold
10,311,851 shares in DOF Group ASA (the "Company"), representing 5.84% of the
share capital and votes in the Company. Following completion of the Transaction,
the Vendor holds no shares in the Company. This disclosure is made pursuant to
section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
