In the Stock Exchange Notice sent on 18 June 2025, whereby the Company
communicated the decision of the Italian Court of Cassation, the Company
informed that it would revert with further information for shareholders about
the plans and steps for the future of EAM Solar AS.
The Company had hoped to receive the full reasoned judgement of the Court of
Cassation before reverting with such further information. This full judgement
had been anticipated 60 days from 18 June 2025. The Judgement has still not yet
been published. It is speculated that the Italian common holiday month of August
has contributed to this delay. The decision is still expected within September
2025.
The Company has been, understandably, receiving questions from shareholders
about the plans for the future. The Company has been working with its legal
counsels since before the June judgement and the future plan is ready to be
presented for shareholders.
So, notwithstanding the delay of the Supreme Court's full judgement, the Company
has decided to invite shareholders to a digital information meeting on Tuesday,
9 September 2025 at 16.15 via Microsoft Teams. Here the Company will detail the
current financial status, the legal pathway for the future, and the timeline and
milestones along the pathway. A shareholder Q&A will follow.
The 2025 Q2 report and meeting agenda slides will be made available along with
the meeting link prior to the shareholder information meeting. The Company
encourages shareholders to attend and take part in the meeting, but a summary
will be published afterward for those unable to attend.
The Company hopes the information meeting will provide shareholders with a
renewed optimism for the Company's future.
