The attached information document has been prepared by ECIT AS (the "Company")
solely for use in connection with the admission to trading of the Company's
Class B shares on Euronext Growth Oslo commencing on or around Thursday, 20 May
2021.
ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Arctic Securities AS have acted as the Company's
Euronext Growth Advisors. Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS has acted as legal
counsel to the Company, and Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS has acted as legal
counsel to the Euronext Growth Advisors in connection with the admission to
trading.
