Company announcement No. 69

Referring to Company announcement no. 68, the Annual General Meeting in ECIT AS
(ECIT) has elected a new Board of Directors, appointing three new board members.


The new Board of Directors in ECIT is as follows:
Thomas Plenborg, Chairman (New)
Pedro Fasting (Deputy chairman of the board) 
Cato A. Holmsen
Espen Karlsen (New)
Linda Forberg (New)
Klaus Jensen 
Christian Bjørnstad (observer)

Thomas Plenborg is appointed new Chairman of the Board. Mr. Plenborg has
extensive experience from serving as Chairman in multinational companies,
including DSV, listed on the Danish stock exchange and one of the world's
leading freight forwarders. 
Mr. Plenborg is a full Professor at the Department of Accounting and Auditing at
Copenhagen Business School. 

Mr. Plenborg has extensive management experience from strategy and finance,
including directorships and honorary offices, as well as considerable experience
from international companies. Mr. Plenborg is an internationally recognized
expert in the field of company valuation. 

Linda Forberg, former entrepreneur, now operational responsible for the finance
and accounting sub-division in Norway, will take place as a new member of the
Board of Directors. 

Espen Karlsen, board member of capital fund Varner Kapital, with experience from
various board positions, will take place as a new member of the Board of
directors. 
ECIT sends its gratitude and thanks to Christian Bjørnstad and Henrik
Lie-Nielsen as previous members of The ECIT Board of Director`s for their valued
role and support in bringing ECIT to the present level of operations including
the recent listing of ECIT at Euronext Growth. 

Pedro Fasting changes his role from Chairman to become the Deputy chairman of
the Board of Directors. Review of the composition of the Board of Directors in
ECIT was addressed in the Information Document as part of the listing process on
Euronext Growth Oslo in May 2021.

The new Board of directors will comprehend the competence and experience
necessary to continue a profitable growth development in ECIT going forward.
