EIOF - Report for Q2 2024

Eidesvik Offshore ASA (the "Company") publishes its second quarter 2024 results.
 
For Q2, revenue and EBITDA were NOK 197.8 million and NOK 82.5 million
respectively. EBITDA margin was 42%. Operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 41.2
million and result after taxes was NOK 32.5 million.   

Fleet utilisation for the quarter was 95%. 

A presentation of the results will be held on 27 August 2024, at 08:30 am CET by
CEO Gitte Gard Talmo and CFO Helga Cotgrove. The presentation will be digital.
