EIOF - Report for Q3 2025

Eidesvik Offshore ASA (the "Company") publishes its third quarter 2025 results.
 
For Q3, revenue and EBITDA were NOK 204.6 million and NOK 87.6 million
respectively. EBITDA margin was 43%. Operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 41.0
million and result after taxes was NOK 43.5 million.   

Fleet utilisation for the quarter was close to 100%.

A presentation of the results will be held on 6 November 2025, at 08:30 am CET
by CEO Helga Cotgrove and CFO Lars Tufteland Engelsen. The presentation will be
