Oslo, February 12th: Elektroimportøren AS today announces our Q4 results and
unaudited figures for the full year 2025.
HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE QUARTER:
o Revenues for the Group amounted to NOK 589m, an increase of 13.2%.
o Like for like revenue increased by 7.8%.
o Gross profit increased to NOK 206m (NOK 183m)
o Adjusted EBITDA increased to NOK 83m (NOK 67m)
o EBITDA increased to NOK 70m (NOK 66m)
o Net profit increased to NOK 32m (NOK 24m)
"Q4 marked a strong finish to a year of improved robustness and execution. With
higher sales, stronger margins and lowered costs percentage, we enter 2026 with
a solid platform for continued profitable growth, says Andreas Niss, CEO in
Elektroimportøren".
"In Norway, we deliver double-digit growth cross categories and sales channels,
continued B2B market share gains and strong online growth. This performance
gives us confidence in further growth opportunities in our home market, says

"In Sweden, Elbutik delivered strong like-for-like growth, further margin
improvement and another quarter with positive EBITDA. Building on this progress,
we have signed a lease for our second store, supporting our expansion strategy
in Sweden, says Niss"
Elektroimportøren has in February 2026 agreed with DNB Bank ASA to refinance its
existing bank facilities into a new NOK 180 million term loan (3+1+1 year) and a
new NOK 120 million overdraft facility.
The board of Elektroimportøren AS proposes a dividend of NOK 0.40 per share for
2025. The dividend amounts to NOK 20.3 million and represents a pay-out ratio of
63.5 per cent of the net profit.
