THE COMPANY HAS PARTNERED WITH PALCAPITAL OF NEW YORK AND JAMES HAFT FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW DIGITAL INITIATIVES. MR. HAFT WILL PARTICIPATE AND PRESENT AT
THE ELEMENT CAPITAL MARKETS DAY THURSDAY 6 JUNE 2019.

digital initiatives, based on Element's digital exchange platform for metals and
minerals. Haft has over 30 years experience from the international finance and
banking industries and has advised over 40 internet, blockchain and
venture-backed entities. Haft is the founder of PALcapital (1996) and holds an
A.B. from Vassar College and an MBA from Emory University.  

Haft will participate and present at the Element Capital Markets Day Thursday 6
June 2019.
