Elmera Group ASA - Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting
Following completion of the compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in
Elmera Group ASA (the "Company") by Fortum Consumer Solutions AS as announced on
30 October 2026, an extraordinary general meeting in the Company was held on 30
October 2026 at which, among other things, the general meeting resolved to apply
for a delisting of the Company's shares from Euronext Oslo Børs.
The minutes from the general meeting are attached to this notice.
