Major shareholding notification - crossing of threshold

Reference is made to the announcement by Fortum on 2 October 2026 regarding the
final result and settlement notification of the voluntary offer to acquire 100%
of the shares in Elmera Group ASA (the "Company").
Gudbrandsdal Energi Holding AS has accepted the Offer in respect of all its
7,682,161 shares in the Company. Following completion of the Offer, Gudbrandsdal
Energi Holding AS will no longer hold any shares in the Company and will have
crossed below the 5% threshold.
