Exercise of employee share options in Elmera Group ASA ("the Company").

Employees in the Company have on 15 February 2024 exercised 294 999 options. The
options had an average strike price of NOK 19.50. Each share option corresponds
to one share. The company's liability with respect to the scheme will be met
through existing holdings of treasury shares. As of 15 February 2024, Elmera
Group ASA holds 5 385 190 treasury shares.

Options exercised by primary insiders 15 February 2024:

Arnstein Flaskerud has exercised 20 000 options in the Company, corresponding to

20 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 19.30. 

Roger Finnanger has exercised 10 000 options in the Company, corresponding to 
10 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 19.30, and 10 000 options,
corresponding to 10 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 20,30.

Rolf Barmen has exercised 80 000 options in the Company, corresponding to 
80 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 19.30.

Solfrid Fluge Andersen has exercised 10 000 options in the Company,
corresponding to 
10 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 24.20 and 15 000 options, corresponding
to 15 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 19,30.
 
Solfrid Aase has exercised 30 000 options in the Company, corresponding to 
30 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 19.30. 


Transfer of rights 

15 February 2024, the primary insider mentioned above transferred the rights to
receive shares resulting from the exercise of options to a third party. The
sales amount will be finally determined on the basis of the price subsequently
obtained by the third party when selling the shares in the market. 


4. New holding

After exercising options, Arnstein Flaskerud holds 120 000 unexercised options
in the Company, corresponding to 120 000 shares. After completion of the
abovementioned transactions, the primary insider holds 50,760 shares in the
Company.

After exercising options, Roger Finnanger holds 120 000 unexercised options in
the Company, corresponding to 120 000 shares. After completion of the
abovementioned transactions, the primary insider holds 3,378 shares in the
Company.

After exercising options, Rolf Barmen holds 200 000 unexercised options in the
Company, corresponding to 200 000 shares. After completion of the abovementioned
transactions, the primary insider holds 69,052 shares in the Company.

After exercising options, Solfrid Fluge Andersen holds 115 000 unexercised
options in the Company, corresponding to 115 000 shares. After completion of the
abovementioned transactions, the primary insider holds 5,171 shares in the
Company.

After exercising options, Solfrid Aase holds 100 000 unexercised options in the
Company, corresponding to 100 000 shares. After completion of the abovementioned
transactions, the primary insider holds 11,156 shares in the Company.
