6 July 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from 11 May 2022
announcing a share buyback program for Elop AS (the Company). 

Additional information on the buyback program: The buyback program is increased
from NOK 15 million to NOK 20 million and will run until the order is fulfilled.
The shares will be repurchased in accordance with the authorization granted at
the company's annual general meeting on 29 June 2022.
