Following the transaction Øivind Horpestad and related parties' control

Gjermund Sogn, CEO of Nordic Infrastructure Group AS, has through the company
Sogn Invest AS, on October 8th bought a total of 100,000 shares in ELOP AS at an
average price of NOK 1.892 per share.
Following the transaction Gjermund Sogn and related parties' control 13,212,538
shares in ELOP AS.
