BMO Entreprenør AS ("BMO"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA ("Endúr"),
has been awarded a new contract for Bane NOR SF ("Bane Nor") covering tunnel and
portal safety works along The Nordlandsbanen railway line, between Steinkjer and
Bodø. The contract has, over the initial 4-year period (6 years including an
option period), an estimated value of minimum NOK 10 million per year.

The scope of work includes slope clearing, bolting, anchoring, and installation
of rockfall protection fences near tunnel portals and railway track areas, all
to be carried out in demanding terrain conditions. Works are scheduled to
commence in Q3 2025.

This award strengthens BMO's position as a key infrastructure contractor for the
Norwegian rail sector and reinforces Endúr's strategic presence within critical
infrastructure maintenance across the country.
