Reference is made to Endúr ASA's (the "Company") annual general meeting held on
20 May 2025, where the Company's board of directors was granted an authorisation
to increase the Company's share capital by issuing new shares in the Company for
general corporate purposes.

The Company has executed an employee share purchase program for 2026
("ESPP2026"), with a subscription period from 19 January 2026 to 30 January
2026, and is pleased to announce that it received applications from the group's
employees to purchase subscribe for up to a total of 496,894 new shares at a
share price of NOK 74.72929 per share (the "Subscription Price").

All permanent employees and board members have been given the opportunity to
subscribe shares in the Company at a discount, for the amount of either NOK
16,000, NOK 48,000, NOK 160,000 or NOK 320,000 in the Company (after discount).
The Subscription Price per share of NOK 74.72929 is based on the volume-weighted
average closing price of the Company's share during the application period
reduced by a discount of 20%. The new shares are subject to 6 months lock-up.

The following primary insiders of the Company have been allocated shares under
the ESPP2026 at the Subscription Price:

- Pål Reiulf Olsen (Chairman of the Board), has been allocated 4,282 shares.
Following the transaction, Pål Reiulf Olsen holds 165,681 shares in the Company.

- Jeppe Raaholt (CEO), acting through Råbjørn AS, has been allocated 4,282
shares. Following the transaction, Jeppe Raaholt holds 325,139 shares and
680,000 share options in the Company.

- Einar Olsen (CFO), acting through Red Devil Holding AS, has been allocated
4,282 shares. Following the transaction, Einar Olsen holds 98,282 shares and
450,000 share options in the Company.

- Hanne Snipen (CAO), has been allocated 2,141 shares. Following the
transaction, Hanne Snipen holds 12,706 shares and 10,000 share options in the
Company.

- Elisabet Mørk (Økonomisjef), has been allocated 2,141 shares. Following the
transaction, Elisabet Mørk holds 11,056 shares and 10,000 share options in the
Company.

Following completion of the ESPP2026, based on the applications received from
the employees and pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Company's general
meeting, the board has resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK
248,447 by issuing 496,894 new shares, each at a nominal value of NOK 0.50, at a
Subscription Price of NOK 74.72929 per share. Following registration of the new
share capital, the Company will have a share capital of NOK 25,596,447,
consisting of 51,192,894 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.
