Skjæggestad Invest AS, acquired 7,827 shares in the Company. Following the

5,430 shares in the Company. Following the transaction, Jeppe Raaholt and his
close associates hold a total of 220,000 shares and 120,000 share options in the

o	Einar Olsen, CFO, has, through his wholly owned company Red Devil Holding AS,
acquired 5,500 shares in the Company. Following the transaction, Einar Olsen and
his close associates hold a total of 50,000 shares and 90,000 share options in
the Company.

o	Elisabet Mørk, VP Finance, has acquired 660 shares in the Company. Following
the transaction, Elisabet Mørk and her close associates hold a total of 3,530
shares and 10,000 share options in the Company.

o	Hanne Snipen, CAO, has acquired 330 shares in the Company. Following the
transaction, Hanne Snipen and her close associates hold a total of 2,873 shares
and 15,000 share options in the Company.
