Ensurge Micropower ASA - Registration of Share Capital Increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Ensurge Micropower ASA
(the "Company") on 14 September 2026 regarding the exercise of 500,000 vested
incentive subscription rights under the Company's 2023 Subscription Rights Plan
and the resulting issuance of 500,000 new shares in the Company.
The share capital increase associated with the above has now been duly
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the
share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 486,299,851.50,
divided into 972,599,703 shares, each having a par value of NOK 0.50.
