ENVIP: Envipco Selected as Preferred RVM Supplier to Major UK Retail Wholesaler

Amersfoort, 23 September 2026 -- Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the
Company"), a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending
Machine (RVM) technology, has been selected as one of two preferred suppliers
of RVMs to a leading UK food and drink wholesaler.

The wholesaler supplies into thousands of retail locations across the United
Kingdom supporting a broad network of independent convenience and grocery
retailers. Under the preferred supplier arrangement, Envipco will offer its
portfolio of reverse vending solutions to participating retailers preparing
for the introduction of the UK's upcoming Deposit Return Scheme (DRS),
scheduled for launch 1 October 2027.

The selection reflects Envipco's proven technology, strong customer support
capabilities, and extensive experience supporting deposit return systems
across multiple international markets.
