Amersfoort, 14 March 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
by Envipco Holding N.V. (OSE: ENVIP / AEX: ENVI) (the "Company") on 12 March
2024 regarding completion of a private placement through issuance of 6,000,000
new shares (the "Offer Shares"). 

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Offer Shares has
today been registered in the Netherlands.

The Company's new share capital is EUR 2,884,518.85 divided into 57,690,377
shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0.05.
