Envipco, a global provider of recycling systems and reverse vending machines (RVMs), today announced that Envirobank, Envipco’s Australian distributor of RVM systems and technologies, is expected to deploy approximately 200 Envipco RVMs in Zones 2 and 5 of Victoria. 

Envirobank will operate automated collection points using Envipco RVM technologies, and the machines are expected to begin installation within the coming months. The news follows the introduction of the Victoria Container Deposit Scheme, which will start on the 1st of November 2023, announced by the Minister for the Environment in the state of Victoria on April 14, 2023.

Envirobank is an established operator in Australia with existing collection sites in New South Wales, Queensland, and the Northern Territory. The addition of Victoria represents a strengthened foothold in the maturing Australian market.
