11 April 2024: EQVA ASA (OSE: EQVA) confirms the decision for a dividend payout
of NOK 0.20 per share following the previously announced possibility of
dividends related to special events.

EQVA ASA's Board of Directors has, in accordance with the authorization given by
the extraordinary general meeting on 28 December 2023, decided to pay a dividend
to EQVA's shareholders of NOK 0.20 per share.

EQVA has launched an initiative to revise the group's dividend policy which will
be communicated to the market during Q2 2024 and reaffirms the intention to
distribute dividends to shareholders related to special events in addition to
ordinary dividends.
