An extraordinary general meeting of Eqva ASA (OSE: EQVA) was held on 2 May 2024
at 10:00 hours (CET) as a virtual meeting.

In accordance with the Board's and the Nomination Committee's proposal, the
general meeting passed the following resolution: (i) Tore Thorkildsen is elected
as a new Member of the Board, (ii) Trond Narve Skarveland is elected as a new
Member of the Board, (iii) Rune Skarveland is elected Chair of the Board, and
(iv) The new Nomination Committee is Siri Aspelund and Gudmund Øvrehus.
