(Fornebu, 19 November 2018) EVRY ASA is pleased to announce that Per Hove (52)
has accepted the position as new Group Chief Executive Officer of EVRY. Per Hove
replaces Björn Ivroth, who announced his intention to retire from the company on
16 July 2018.

EVRY Board of Directors has assessed external and internal candidates in the
process to find Ivroth's successor. Per Hove has been with EVRY since 2015,
where he lately has been holding the position as EVP of EVRY Norway. He has more
than 20 years of extensive experience from digitalisation and change management
in the IT and Software industry, where he prior to EVRY has held leading
positions in Oracle and HCL.

The Board of Directors will use the opportunity to thank Björn Ivroth for his
effort over the last years; "We have been lucky to have Björn as CEO during
demanding times where EVRY has been through a significant transformation, where
preparing the Company for the IPO and pulling it through was a great
achievement. We wish Björn all of the best for the future", says Göran Lindahl.

Per Hove will enter into the new position with immediate effect, and holds in
total 356 869 shares and 83 470 options in EVRY.
