Oslo, 27 February 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements
published on 5 February 2026 by EXACT Therapeutics AS (the "Company", Euronext
Growth ticker: EXTX), a clinical-stage precision medicine company, regarding the
exercise of warrants issued in conjunction with the private placement completed
in December 2024, representing 75% of the total warrants issued and
corresponding to gross proceeds of NOK 46 million. As previously stated, the
remaining warrant holders could exercise their warrants within 26 February 2026.
The Company is pleased to confirm that after closing of the warrants period, it
has received exercise notices from a total of 96% of the warrants issued,
corresponding to gross proceeds of NOK 59.4 million.
The Company will call for an extraordinary general meeting to ensure that the
relevant number of new shares are issued.
