Oslo, Norway, 4 June 2026. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published 1 June 2026 by EXACT Therapeutics AS (the "Company", Euronext Growth
ticker: EXTX), a clinical-stage precision medicine company, announcing that
Company will host a webcast in connection with the proposed delisting of the
Company's ordinary shares from Euronext Growth, Oslo on Thursday, 4 June 9.30
CEST.
The presentation will be held by the Chair of the Board, Anders Wold; the
