Fjord Defence Group ASA - Fjord Defence AS awarded major delivery contract with European defence OEM

Fjord Defence AS, a subsidiary of Fjord Defence Group ASA, has been awarded a
serial delivery contract by one of Europe's leading manufacturers of military
land vehicles.
This contract represents Fjord Defence AS's inaugural serial delivery contract
with this major OEM.
Key contract details:
o Firm Serial Contract: Includes an initial serial order valued at NOK 11.5
million with scheduled deliveries across 2027 and 2028
o Option Agreement: Contains an additional uncommitted option valued at NOK 33.3
million
Harald Lunde, CEO of Fjord Defence AS, comments: "Securing our first serial
production contract with a new client, and one of Europe's premier combat
vehicle manufacturers marks a major commercial milestone for Fjord Defence. This
contract validates our technical solutions and operational readiness as we scale
production in our new facilities to support key allied defence programs."
The firm part of the contract will be added to the Group's order backlog with
immediate effect.
