Fjord Defence Marine AS announces today that the company has won a significant
framework agreement.
The agreement has a duration of seven years with options for an additional 2 + 2
years. The contract has an estimated value of up to NOK 113 million. Prices are
fixed for the first three years, with indexation from year four and onwards. The
contract is expected to require limited working capital while delivering a
strong margin profile.
Trond Underhaug, CEO of Fjord Defence Marine AS, comments: "We are very pleased
to have secured this framework agreement. This is a long-term and predictable
contract that will provide us with stable revenues over many years. Formally
becoming part of the Fjord Defence Group also gives us significant synergies and
increased market strength. We look forward to a strong collaboration with the
customer and are confident that this agreement will be an important contribution
to our continued growth."
The contract will be added to the company's order book immediately.
