Please find enclosed Annual Report 2021 for Fjord1.
The Annual Accounts were approved by the Board of Directors 6 April 2022. Please
note that the net income for the full year 2021 revisors to NOK 137.5 million
from NOK 104.5 million reported in the preliminary figures released on 1 March
2022. The difference follows adjustments related to settlement of ferry
contracts and classification of operating and pension costs. This also increased
the equity from NOK 2,537 million to NOK 2,570 million, corresponding to an
equity ratio of 25%, and increased the net cash from operating activities to NOK
1,195 million from NOK 1,172 million. Otherwise there are no material changes
from the preliminary figures.
Fjord1 is also launching its own Sustainability report 2021 ,the report is
published at www.fjord1.no.
