On 10th July 2023, each of Frøy Kapital AS, Gåsø Næringsutvikling AS and
Christine Gåsø Krogstad have entered into an agreement after which they sell
9,212,017, 373,803 and 98,000 shares in Frøy ASA, respectively. Following the
transactions, Frøy Kapital AS, Gåsø Næringsutvikling AS and Christine Gåsø
Krogstad no longer holds any shares or rights to shares in Frøy ASA.
