Nio Security, Inc. (OSE: NIO) today announced that 
the Company has entered into a dealership agreement 
with Infratek, covering the Nordic region. The 
agreement is an important milestone in developing Nio 
as a main provider of sophisticated video 
surveillance equipment in Europe.

Infratek, a leading Nordic supplier of critical 
infrastructure as well as security solutions, will 
market and sell Nio's products in the region. Nio 
estimates that the dealership agreement will 
represent sales in excess of USD 1 million.
