Valetta, April 14, 2015: Nio Inc.'s subsidiary 
Gaming Innovation Group has signed an agreement with 
the first external user of its platform service, 
iGaming Cloud. The agreement will add a net 
contribution of minimum EUR 300,000 per year and is 
regarded a strategic breakthrough for GIG's 
innovative platform offering.

iGamingCloud (iGC) was launched to the gaming 
industry in February 2015. iGC is a client 
management platform offering the full specter of 
services for an iGaming operator, with potential to 
be a game changer for the wider community of the 
iGaming industry as its two core functions are to 
eliminate technological bottlenecks and 
significantly reduce costs for operators and white 
labels alike. 

"After having received several enquiries for iGC,

agreement and expect rapidly to increase the client 
base going forward. Our cloud offering has been 
developed to lower barriers to entry in the industry

The contract is entered into with an undisclosed 
client planning to launch its iGaming services later 
in 2015. The expected contract value of minimum EUR 
300,000 for the first rolling 12 month is a 
combination of a royalty and a fixed recurring fee 
for the use of iGC.

Nio entered into agreement to acquire Gaming 
Innovation Group in February this year to strengthen 
its iGaming position, capabilities and value 
creation potential. The merged company, NIO/GIG has 
an integrated strategy for developing owned 
technology and applications fit for the entire 
iGaming value chain. In addition to the platform 
services, iGaming Cloud, NIO/GIG are engaged in the 
marketing channel via Innovation Labs, and are a 
gaming operator through the sites betspin.com and 
guts.com both growing and showing a positive 
development in its key business metrics.
