GC Rieber Shipping - Mandatory notification of trade

On  17 December 2018, GC  Rieber Shipping  ASA sold  96,300 own shares  to board
members  and employees in GC Rieber Shipping at  a price per share of NOK 8.30.
Employees  also received a discount of 20% on this  price up to a maximum of NOK
3,000 per  employee. After the transaction  the company holds 54,500 own shares,
which corresponds to 0.17% of outstanding shares in the company.

The  primary insiders  listed below  have purchased  shares as  board members or
employees in GC Rieber Shipping;

holding 100,000 shares)
