ESSANGE REAGENTS AND GENTIAN DIAGNOSTICS ANNOUNCE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT
Essange Reagents ("Essange") and Gentian Diagnostics ("Gentian") are pleased to
announce their intention to enter into a collaboration agreement. Under the
partnership, Essange will contribute with its technology, materials, and
intellectual property related to selected existing assays, while Gentian will
allocate research and development resources to support the evaluation and
development activities.
The intended cooperation combines Essange's expertise in specialty immunology
reagents with Gentian's capabilities in adapting assays for automated clinical
chemistry platforms. Initially, the parties will focus on evaluating selected
assay opportunities and exploring the transfer of existing technologies into
scalable turbidimetric testing formats for global diagnostic markets.
