Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Golden Energy
Offshore Services AS (the "Company") on 19 October 2023 regarding the launch of
a subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 70,000,000 new shares
in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 1.00 per share and the
registration of a national prospectus dated 19 October 2023 (the "Prospectus").
 
The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering will expire today, 6
November 2023, at 16:30 (CET).
 
Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by one of the Managers
(as defined below), or, in the case of online subscriptions, be duly registered,
within this deadline. Upon expiry of the subscription period, any subscription
rights that have not been exercised will have no value and will lapse without
compensation to the holder.
