Ålesund, 15 December 2025

Rita Granlund, member of the board of directors of Golden Energy Offshore
Services ASA (the "Company"), has on 15 December 2025, through her close
associate Defined Experience AS, sold 10,000 shares in the Company at a price of
NOK 11.00 per share to Per Ivar Fagervoll, the CEO of the Company. The
transaction is made in connection with Granlund stepping down as a board member
and taking on a new role at the board of directors of PwC Assurances AS (to be
renamed Tell), as further described in connection with the notice for an
extraordinary general meeting announced in the stock exchange announcement made
by the Company on 2 December 2025.

Following the transaction, Granlund and her close associates does not own any
shares in the Company.
