Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Golden Energy
Offshore Services AS (the "Company") on 7 November 2023 regarding the final
results of the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of 27,068,449 new
shares in the Company, at a subscription price of NOK 1.00 per share.
The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). Following the registration, the registered share capital of
the Company is NOK 501,689,872 comprising of 501,689,872 shares, each with a
nominal value of NOK 1.00.
