Ålesund, 8 April 2022: 

Golden Energy Offshore Services (ticker: GEOS) (the "Company") refers to the
notice made 18 March 2022 announcing the successful private placement, whereby
5,500,000 new shares (the "New Shares") were subscribed for at a subscription
price of approx. NOK 1.36 per share, giving a total share consideration of NOK
7,484,186.

The share capital increase pertaining to the New Shares has been registered with
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
Following the registration, the registered share capital of the Company is NOK
51,173,762 divided into 51,173,762 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00
and each share carrying one vote.
