Oslo, 25 June 2025 - Reference is made to the 23 June 2025 announcement
highlighting Green Minerals AS ("the Company") adopting a Bitcoin Treasury
Strategy as part of its overall blockchain strategy. The Company today announces
purchase of 4 Bitcoin (BTC) for a total consideration of approximately NOK 4,25
million.
