Hafnia Limited ("Hafnia" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has
publicly filed a registration statement on Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission, with the intention to make a direct listing of the
CompanyŽs common shares on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") in addition to
the current listing of the CompanyŽs common shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange
("OSE"). The Company will not issue any new securities in connection with the
contemplated listing on the NYSE. Further information about the listing on the
NYSE will be provided in due course. 

The CompanyŽs common shares will continue to be registered under the ISIN code
BMG4233B1090 and remain trading on the OSE under the ticker "HAFNI".

& Pearman Limited is acting as Bermuda legal advisor and Vedder Price P.C. is
acting as U.S. legal advisor to the Company.
