Stein Bjørnstad, CEO of Hermana Holding ASA, has purchased 25,000 shares in
Hermana Holding ASA ("Hermana") today 4 November 2024 at an average price of NOK
2.07 per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Bjørnstad controls 100,000 shares in Hermana
Holding ASA, which equals 0.11 percent of the issued shares and votes in the
company.
Bård Olsen, CFO of Hermana Holding ASA, has purchased 20,000 shares in Hermana
Holding ASA ("Hermana") today 4 November 2024 at an average price of NOK 2.1 per
share.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Olsen controls 145,000 shares in Hermana Holding
ASA, which equals 0.16 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
