11.9 per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Bjørnstad controls 19,286 shares in Hermana
Holding ASA, which equals 0.14 percent of the issued shares and votes in the
company.
Bård Olsen, CFO of Hermana Holding ASA, has purchased 4,144 shares in Hermana
Holding ASA ("Hermana") today 27 January 2025 at an average price of NOK 11.7495
per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Olsen controls 27,714 shares in Hermana Holding
ASA, which equals 0.21 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
Hannah Høydal, Investment Manager of Hermana Holding ASA, has purchased 4,201
shares in Hermana Holding ASA ("Hermana") today 27 January 2025 at an average
price of NOK 11.9 per share.
Following this acquisition, Ms. Høydal controls 4,201 shares in Hermana Holding
