Oslo, 18 June 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by
Magnora ASA ("Magnora") and Hermana Holding ASA ("Hermana" or the "Company") on
14 June 2024 regarding the distribution of shares in Hermana to the shareholders
of Magnora, and the stock exchange announcement on 17 June 2024 regarding the
approval and publication of the prospectus prepared by Hermana in connection
with the listing of the shares in Company (the "Shares") on the Oslo Stock
Exchange.
Trading in the Shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange commences today, 18 June 2024.
