Reference is made to the previous announcements by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the
"Company") regarding the fully underwritten subsequent offering of 25,000,000
new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK
1.20 raising gross proceeds of NOK 30 million (the "Subsequent Offering"). 

The period for trading in subscription rights (ticker code "HIDDN T") in the
Subsequent Offering expires today, 12 March 2020, at 16:30 hours (CET). 

Subscription rights that are not sold before 16:30 hours (CET) today on 12 March
2020 or is not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the
subscription period in the Subsequent Offering on 16 March at 16:30 hours (CET)
will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
