Oslo, 28 November 2024: Reference is made to the announcement to the Oslo Stock
Exchange on 24 October 2024 and on 20 November 2024 regarding the resolution and
distribution of Q3 cash dividend. The general meeting resolved to the
distribution of an extraordinary dividend of USD 1.2843 per share, in total USD
245,000,000. Please find the key information relating to the cash dividend
below:

Dividend amount: USD 1.2843 per share
Announced currency: USD. 

Payment to shares registered with Euronext VPS will be distributed in NOK. The
NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank
on 12 December 2024 approximately at 1600 hrs CET. The cash dividend per share
in NOK will be communicated on 12 December 2024.

Last day including right: 6 December 2024.
Ex-date: 9 December 2024.
Record date: 10 December 2024.
Payment date: 18 December 2024 (on or about).
Date of EGM resolution: 20 November 2024.
