With reference to the announcement made on 8 February 2024 about dividend
information, the shares in Höegh Autoliners ASA (Ticker code: "HAUTO") will be
traded ex-dividend of USD 1.8871 per share (NOK 19.9216 per share) as from
today, 21 February 2024. The payment will be made on or about 5 March 2024.
