In July 2024, Höegh Autoliners (the Company, ticker code "HAUTO") transported
1,2 million cbm of cargo on prorated basis. Transported cargo in the last three
months (May - July) was 3.6 million cbm.
Average prorated gross freight rate in July 2024 was USD 100.3 per cbm (+4.1%
compared to average gross rate in Q2 2024). Average prorated gross freight rate
in the last three months was USD 97.5 per cbm.
Average prorated net freight rate in July 2024 was USD 87.2 per cbm (+4.8%
compared to average net rate in Q2 2024). Average prorated net freight rate last
three months was USD 84.5 per cbm.
HH/BB share of prorated volumes carried in July was 23%. Last three months the
prorated HH/BB share was 24%.
Andreas Enger, CEO of Höegh Autoliners, comments: "Third quarter started well
for Höegh Autoliners and in July we achieved a new record level for both gross
and net rates. Volumes were somewhat higher in July than in June but in line
with the current run rate. The general market remains strong with some
fluctuations in monthly rates and volumes depending on trade and cargo mix as
well as vessel positions. High/Heavy and Break-Bulk volumes in July was reduced
from June but was in line with the last few months' trend."
