Oslo, 7 December 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
Höegh Autoliners ASA ("Höegh Autoliners" or the "Company", ticker symbol
"HAUTO") on 29 November 2021, where the Company announced the beginning of the
stabilization period following the successful completion of the bookbuilding and
private placement of new shares in the Company (the "Offering") and the listing
of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo (the "Listing"). 

The Company has received notification that DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA,
acting as stabilization manager in connection with the Offering and Listing, has
taken the stabilization measures set out in the attached notification with
respect to the shares of the Company.
