SANDNES, Norway - 22 January 2024 - further to the stock exchange notice from 17
January this year regarding proposed changes to the top management in Horisont
Energi (EURONEXT: HRGI), the company will as a follow-up hold an extraordinary
general meeting on Monday 5 February at 09:30.
The Extraordinary General Meeting will take place at the company's main office
