SANDNES, Norway - 15 May 2024 - The Ordinary General Meeting in Horisont Energi
(EURONEXT: HRGI) will be held on Wednesday 29 May 2024 at 12.30 CET at the
company's main office at Grenseveien 21, Sandnes, Norway.

the Annual General Meeting.
